My name is Dr. Stevie

Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Stevie is married to her high school sweetheart, and they share their home with their dog, Ramsey. She has always been close to her family, and that connection shapes the way she cares for others.

When Stevie was nine, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She underwent two surgeries in one week, followed by radiation therapy, and began taking thyroid medication that she would need for life. It took years to find the right dose. She knows firsthand how much thyroid symptoms can affect everyday life, and how frustrating it can be to search for answers.

That experience inspired her to become the doctor she wished she’d had: someone who listens, connects the dots, and takes the time to understand the whole person. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from California State University San Marcos and her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University.

Dr. Stevie’s practice focuses on women in midlife. She has seen how women can feel overlooked after having children and again as they move through perimenopause and menopause. When a brief appointment leaves little room to talk about sleep, energy, mood, or changes in their bodies, she wants to offer that time and attention. Her naturopathic approach explores the foundations of health and works alongside conventional care to help women understand their options.

Dr. Stevie believes that when a woman feels well and supported, the effects can ripple through her home and relationships. But she also believes women deserve thoughtful care for their own sake—at every stage of life.
